The get together

On saturday I was finishing up my bomb of a garage sale. My sister Tina came over to help me keep Adrianna occupied while I ran the sale in the sweltering hot. I ended up closing it up earlier because there was no buisiness and we were invited to a get together at my Aunt Kelly's house in Big Lake.
When we got there it looked like it was going to rain so I was disappointed because I thought that our barbeque and swimming in the lake would have to be cancelled. It turned out that it got sunny and we still had the barbeque and went swimming. I didn't go swimming but Adrianna sure seemed to enjoy the water. We even brought Jasmine with and she had fun too. That night we had a bon fire and sat around and talked about fun times in the past and present. We didn't even make it home until almost 1 in the morning. Also that day Adrianna only wanted Auntie Tina so it made things a little hard. Especially when we got home that night and there was no more Auntie. It was a great time and I am looking forward to doing it again soon.

Valley Fair and a tea party

So, on the 13th,which was yesterday, Adrianna and I experienced some neat new things. Adrianna spent the day with her Nana and I went to Valley Fair. Of course those aren't the new things that I am speaking of though.
Adrianna had her first real tea party with her Nana and her babies yesterday. She drank hot chocolate and ate hohos and cookies. They had this on her "my little pony" tea set(which is her favorite one). Her baby, her and Nana all dressed up in pretty clothes and sat outside at the picnic table under a beautiful red maple tree by the rose bushes. She told me that she had alot of fun and I wished that I could've shared her first tea party with her but I was having my own fun and I wanted her to have something special to do too. I have the pictures though.
I went to Valley Fair with my friends Angie, Dawn, Mitch and Mark. The whole reason we went to Valley Fair in the first place was for Dawn's 19th birthday which was yesterday. It was a hot day but there weren't that many people there because it was during the week which was nice. We spent the first part of the day riding on roller coasters and some other of the dry rides. Then we went out and grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and had cake for dessert. It was nice to beable to sit and relax for awhile. After that we hit the water park where we all had alot of fun but managed to get extremely sun burned and a regreting it a little today. I got to ride on the new roller coaster called the "Renegade" and that was alot of fun. It goes extremely fast and looks like an old roller coaster even though it just came out this year. By the time we were ready to leave we were all exhausted and I still had to go and get my little bunny girl. As I heard from everyone else we were all in bed by 10:30 last night. I am still tired today but it was fun. There is one thing that is bugging me though. Most of the rides there are very uncomfortable and only kids can be comfortable on. If you weigh over 200lbs I would not recommend going there because you won't beable to ride on the majority of rides. I did not like that fact and I almost couldn't even ride on some of the rides. I just had to get that part off of my chest. Other than that we all had a fun experience.

MOA

This is my princess. Isn't she so cute?
On Saturday Adrianna and I had quite an adventure. First we met my friend Matt and his son Kaden at Como Zoo but it started downpouring and raining as soon as we got there. Lucky for us we were still in the car but Matt and Kaden were stuck outside. We then met at a gas station to make different plans. Matt insisted that we go to the Mall of America but I told him that I was sorry but we would have to pass because I couldn't afford to go. He then told me that we weren't going to ruin our kids play date and that he would pay for everything and I couldn't refuse. So, I finally agreed and we went on our way. Adrianna and Kaden had never been there before so it was very exciting for them and I think a little overwhelming for a couple of 2 year olds. We visited under water world which was neat but it got boring fast for the kids. Then we took them on some rides. We didn't know that we would have to chaperone them because they were too small to ride them themselves. So, we had to squeeze our way on to these kiddie rides trying not to squish our children and to look excited. There was a roller coaster, a yellow bus that went up and down in the air, and a train. It turned out to be very fun and we only had to pay for them to go on because we were chaperoning them but I think that we had a little more fun than them. So, that was our day at the MOA but I will have to say that I proably won't bring her there again until she is 3.
